Hello Mukesh,

I thought I should write you a note to thank you and your team on a great job you did on organising our trip to Dubai and India. As you know my Engineer from work was getting married in India and I asked you to look after all our travel and accommodation for the trip. This took a few months to organise due to my workload, you and your team where very patient with me. The results of your efforts show as we progressed through our trip. A flight to Dubai using Emirates was spot on with lovely people and service.

On arrival at Dubai we where greeted at the airport by the tour and taken to our hotel which was to be home for the next 6 days The hotel was first class and the tours you arranged was great. They rang us the day prior to the event and punctual on the pick up times and hospitality. Tours operator had to be at the hotel at 1am to take us to the airport for India and was there early waiting for us. This type of commitment really makes our travelling less stressful.

Arriving in India, a driver (who was to drive us around for the next 6 days) was waiting at the airport for us to take us to the hotel. We where met by the Indian travel agent which was arranged by Mann Travel who went though our itinerary and gave us all our vouchers for the trip. The driver (Vikram) was first class and would recommend his services to anyone.

All our travels through India were planned to the last detail even getting on the train there was organised people to help us. The travel agent rang us numerous times to see how we where going and if we had any problems. This type of communication really takes the worry about being in a strange country and knowing you can call someone in emergency.

Again Marion and Myself thank you for all your help and would not hesitate in recommending or using your company again for our travel arrangements.

Dear Ananya,

I know Malaysian Airlines was tough to deal with. You had to make couple of calls to follow up with the airlines to check if all was done correctly and you kept me informed of the outcome as well from time to time. Thanks for all your patience in dealing with all of the above.

I would sincerely like to take this opportunity to thank you for all you have done. Much appreciated.

Hope to do some more business with Mann Travels in the future for all the excellent customer service provided.
