Q: How can I obtain a quote for a flight?
A:

You can click here to get a price through our search engine or send us an email . You can also
call us
on 1300754002 and talk to our friendly customer service staff. Please note, you will need to pay a plan by email. If you choose to get a quote through our search engine, please note that our system automatically looks for return flights, so please select the required flight type option. If booking one way international flights, depending on the destination, please ensure that you have all the relevant visa requirements minimum deposit of AUD $50.00 to receive your itenerary travel

Q: How can I confirm my booking?
A:

For International Flight Passengers:
Please go to click on Manage Your Booking and follow the prompts.
For Domestic Flight Passengers:
Please contact our Branch offices in case of any problems.

Note: The airline booking reference is different to your Mann Travel Booking reference. When checking into your flight online, use the airline confirmation number, not the Mann Travel Booking Reference.

Q: How do I change a booking?
A: For any changes or cancellation on your booking, please go to Manage Your Booking , fill in the form and submit it. If you encounter any difficulties email Mann Travel at online@manntravel.com.au
Q: How do I pay?
A: You can use the following payment options

Q: Can I book travel originating outside Australia?
A: Yes, please contact your nearest Mann Travel office to make any booking originating outside Australia, for example: Delhi to Melbourne flight or London to Delhi flight.
Q: What is my luggage allowance and how do I pay for extra?
A: International Travel - For up to date information on luggage allowance, contact your nearest Mann Travel office or the airline before you travel.

Domestic Travel - Differenr airlines have different criteria so it's a good idea to check before you travel. Some fares only allow hand luggage. If you are planning to take luggage that will not fit in the overhead cabin you need a ticket that allows checked baggage. Extra baggage can be paid for at the airport but it is usually cheaper to pay at the time of booking. During the booking process, you will be able to select a flight option that includes a baggage allowance. If you have completed your booking and selected "Carry On" bags only and you now wish to purchase the baggage allowance, you will need to call the airline directly to make the changes. Any questions about bulky items, sports equipment (bikes, golf clubs, surfboards etc), or any dangerous items, (firearms, chemicals etc) will need to be taken up with the airline you are travelling with directly.

Q: Can I check-in online and print my boarding pass?
A: For international travel, seat allocation is generally completed by the airline at check-in or you can visit your airline’s website to see whether online check-in is available. If you have an international flight and would like to make a seat request, please contact the airline directly. If you require further clarification please email us at info@manntravel.com.au.
